Exercising throughout pregnancy is extremely beneficial. It reduces the risks of birth complications and the risks of preeclampsia, gestational diabetes, reduces back and pelvic pain and can allow for an easier recovery postpartum.

Children:
We can treat many conditions in children from bone, muscle, ligament and tendon injuries to postural pains, growth plate injuries, pre or post surgery rehab, strengthening to improve flat feet as well as children specific conditions such as severs disease and osgood schlatter disease.
We can also improve general strength and conditioning for children participating in sports
Elderly:
We can help with frailty management, improve activities of daily living such as getting into and out of a chair, doing laundry, dishes etc. , improve walking speed and quality, improve balance, quality of life and fall prevention
